From Minnesota to Virginia.....

My Sockapaloooza socks have arrived!!!!!



















Aren't they gorgeous!?!?!?! Claudia's Handpaint, no less~~which I have never knit with myself, but I MUST get some! When is the SYAC over anyway?????? Please note the awesome cables that run down into the heel~~how cool is that! (On the other hand, please ignore the oh-so very white legs in the photo--yikes!) These socks were knit and designed by Tipper of Daily Fiber Therapy fame. Tipper, you're the best! I love them! It's started to get warm here in Virginia, so they will soon be placed lovingly in my sock drawer until the fall. Until then, I wear them while I can! Have been ever since Mr Fix-it brought them in from the mailbox. I tore open the envelope and pulled them on my feet~~didn't even bother to sit down first! Tipper was worried about fit~~aren't we all~~but these are wonderful, nice and snug, just the way I like them!
